Initiators of Lebenslinien.e. V were Stefanie and Thomas Curry. For business reasons this couple travel to South Africa a few times annually. On their return after one of these visits, they spoke to many friends and acquaintances about the project, and together they formulated goals for the way forward. They wished to devise a way to return some of the rich bounties of South Africa, not neglecting love and care for those not blessed to have been born on Earth’s sunny side.

And so Wine Distributors, IT Professionals, a Pharmaceutical Official, Flight Attendants, a Tax Consultant, a Textile Entrepreneur and a Graphic Designer put all their expertise, knowledge and experience into a melting pot – and Lebensliniene. V was born. Every person in this team works and contributes their time and effort on a voluntary basis – no one is remunerated in any way. That the work should continue, is their reward.
